Safefreight is a family owned business run by Jude Scott, who came into the industry as an experienced commercial helicopter pilot. After amalgamating two smaller existing companies Safefreight emerged, and has grown into the business it is today.
Initially focusing on the existing kitchen joinery and pallet distribution arms, we have broadened our services, working for high end project management companies delivering joinery from one end of New Zealand to the other. We also work for a charity called All Heart, re-distributing used office furniture to those who need it, as well as frequent house moves and shop fit-outs.
We are proud to have staff who have stayed on with us, and value the 50+ years of experience they bring. We think we have a brilliant team of drivers and labourers, and understand it’s staff who make a company great.
